The edges roll a bit if I made again I would make the side boarder 4knit not the 2knit. I did this with the dishcloths and they don't roll. I would cast on 30 stitches and just add two 2knit stitches to begining and end of each row.
Cast on 26 stitches with be color B (pink)
Knit 2 rows using Color B (pink)
